Shaheid Hasan
Shaheid Hasan is the Founder and Managing Principal of Elevate Design & Build, bringing more than a decade of experience in construction, project management, and real estate development. A NASCLA-certified contractor with general contracting licenses in North and South Carolina, Shaheid leads the company’s strategic vision, client relationships, and project delivery. His experience includes commercial build-outs, renovations, ground-up construction, and complex residential projects. With a strong focus on preconstruction planning, quality execution, and trusted trade partnerships, Shaheid is committed to delivering efficient, well-managed projects while positioning Elevate as a trusted construction partner for businesses, developers, franchise owners, and select residential clients throughout the Southeast.

Marvin Craion
Marvin Craion is a U.S. Navy veteran with more than 15 years of project management experience. He brings a disciplined, results-driven approach to managing projects, coordinating teams, schedules, budgets, and day-to-day operations. At Elevate Design & Build, Marvin works closely with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field leadership to keep projects aligned with scope, schedule, and quality expectations. His leadership, organization, communication skills, and ability to solve problems make him an integral part of Elevate’s commitment to consistent project delivery.
Project Manager 
Senior SuperintendentTarik Carlton
Tarik Carlton is a veteran and seasoned construction professional with more than 15 years of industry experience, bringing strong field leadership and hands-on expertise to his role as Senior Superintendent at Elevate Design & Build. A graduate of American Military University, Tarik combines his education and military background with extensive construction experience. He oversees field operations, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, safety, and quality control while ensuring projects remain on track. His leadership style emphasizes accountability, organization, communication, and practical problem-solving, making him an important part of Elevate’s commitment to delivering quality projects efficiently and professionally.
Office ManagerAlana Torres
Alana Torres serves as Office Manager at Elevate Design & Build, overseeing day-to-day administrative operations and helping keep projects moving efficiently from preconstruction through completion. She manages permit processing, project documentation, scheduling coordination, and communication with local jurisdictions. Her attention to detail and organization help ensure each project remains compliant, organized, and on schedule.
