Elevate Design & Build partnered with Hounds Town USA franchise operators to provide design, engineering, and construction services for five dog daycare locations across North Carolina, supporting the brand’s continued expansion throughout the state.
Our team worked within established Hounds Town franchise standards and brand requirements while providing the design and engineering services necessary to adapt each concept to the individual building and site. This included coordinating architectural and engineering requirements, building systems, permitting, and construction into a complete project delivery process.
Following preconstruction and design, Elevate managed the commercial build-outs, coordinating trades, interior construction, MEP systems, specialty areas, finishes, inspections, and franchise-specific requirements through completion.
Delivering multiple locations allowed us to develop a repeatable design-build approach while accounting for the unique conditions of each property.
