Franchise Commercial Build-Out

Elevate Design & Build completed the commercial build-out of an approximately 2,000-square-foot Bambu Coffee & Boba franchise location, transforming the space into a fully operational retail food and beverage environment.

Working from the franchise-provided construction plans, specifications, and brand guidelines, our team managed the construction process from build-out through completion. The project included complete electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, along with interior construction, finishes, equipment coordination, and other improvements required to prepare the location for operation.

As a franchise project, maintaining consistency with established brand standards while coordinating the various trades, inspections, and construction requirements was a critical part of the project.

The completed space reflects Bambu's established concept while demonstrating our ability to execute franchise build-outs efficiently, coordinate complex MEP scopes, and deliver commercial spaces according to predetermined plans and brand standards.
