Community Amenity Renovation & Build-Out

Elevate Design & Build transformed an existing community pool house into a refreshed, functional clubhouse designed to better serve residents and support gatherings, events, and everyday pool activities.

The project included a comprehensive interior and exterior renovation, reconfiguring the existing space to create a more open and versatile main event area, updated restrooms, utility and storage spaces, and improved access between the clubhouse and pool deck.

On the exterior, the existing covered structure was enclosed to expand the usable conditioned space, incorporating new windows and large double doors that provide natural light and a stronger connection to the pool area. Updated finishes and building improvements gave the clubhouse a cleaner, more modern appearance while maintaining its connection to the surrounding community.

The result is a durable, flexible amenity space that can transition from daily pool use to community meetings, private events, and neighborhood gatherings.
